Pop-Up Food Truck Underground Fusion Wine Tasting Event Sunday

How many food trends can you fit into one afternoon? Well, thanks to Starry Kitchen, the Mandoline Grill truck, and Domaine LA wine shop, you can max out the potential at a fun event planned for Sunday.Nguyen and Thi Tran of Starry Kitchen are taking over the Mandoline Grill truck, and will be serving up their formerly-underground fusion eats while parked at Domaine LA, who will be offering a $15 wine tasting. The wines, a flight of five, come from importer Luis Moya of Vinos Unico, who will be pouring from his portfolio of Spanish & Portuguese wines, including Cava, Vinho Verde, Txakolina, and two other reds.
For noshing, Starry Kitchen and the Mandoline Grill will be cooking up a fusion storm in their mobile digs; you might just get to put a pair of SK's beloved (and fan-freakin'-tastic) tofu balls in your mouth. (Yeah, we said it.)
Advance purchase isn't required, but securing a ticket ahead of time guarantees your glass and lets you jump the line. The $15 includes tax, but the food is separate, and cash only.
