Mobile Mashup Will Have Trucks Playing With Each Other's Food

Lots of events bring several food trucks into one place, which allows diners to pick and choose bits from each menu to make up their meal. But this Saturday a handful of trucks are getting together at the Verdugo Bar for a Mobile Mashup, where the trucks themselves will pull from each others' menus, much like music mashups that mix songs up for a whole new taste. The Mobile Mashup will include a total of 4 food trucks: Mandoline Grill (LAist Story), The Grill Em All truck, Frysmith (LAist Story), and Lomo Arigato. They'll be mashing it up from 1-7 p.m., and admission is free (but you'll have to pay for the food you want to eat, of course). Other fun at the event will be live DJs, and an Oh Snap Studios photobooth set up. Check-check-check it out!
