The Best Late-Night Happy Hours In Los Angeles
Reverse happy hour is for the night owl, the Angeleno that doesn't have to get up at 6 a.m. to make yoga class. Often offering cheaper drinks or late night bites, these happy hours either run well late or don't even begin until first shifters have finished dinner. This is by no means a definitive list, but here are some of our favorites around Los Angeles. As always, feel free to add your favorites in the comments.
EMC Seafood & Raw BarThis Koreatown seafood spot's main happy hour draw is its deal on oysters. They're only $1.25 during happy hour, alongside other select menu items. Draft beer and wine will also be on special for $5, though you can always peruse their craft cocktail menu if you're feeling fancy. Reverse happy hour runs Sun. through Thurs., 10 p.m. to close.

You can chow on a personal pizza for only $5.50 to $7, and your choices will include a rotating selection of one of their 15 offerings. This might include a Bahn Mi pizza, a breakfast pizza or the Smoked Shorty with braised short rib, smoked grapes, red onion, bleu cheese, watercress and balsamic. There are also deals on other bar snacks, including a few vegan options. What about the booze? You can add a pint of beer, brewed at our own Golden Road, for only $2.

From 9 pm. to close Mon. through Thurs. and from 8 p.m. to close on Sundays, select Kabuki locations (this list says Glendale, the Howard Hughes Center and Old Pasadena) offer a pretty great deal on food.
