L.A.'s KindKreme Home to Best Vegan Frozen Dessert in America

Vegans who love sweet, chilly treats, have you KindKreme's Brownie Sundae? The animal-free concoction has just been been named by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) as the best vegan frozen dessert in America. The treat is made with a raw or vegan brownie with three scoops of Icekreme topped with raw chocolate or caramel syrup and a topping of your choice. Plus, KindKreme is home to a whole bunch of vegan and organic eats.
What's not in your KindKreme, and other animal-free ice creams? "The only things missing in vegan ice cream are the artery-clogging cholesterol and animal suffering that go into every scoop of ice cream made from cow's milk," says PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman.
KindKreme beat out five other finalists from around the nation, including vegan desserts made in New York City and Chicago.
