Here’s a cleanse we can get behind: A vegan ice cream store in Venice is offering a four-day cleanse in which you eat nothing but ice cream.Kippy’s Ice Cream Shop offers a $240 cleanse in which participants eat five pints of raw coconut-based ice cream a day for four days straight, Gizmodo reports.

That may sound like a lot of ice cream, but at 1,000 to 1,200 calories a day, with 70 grams of fat and 100 to 125 grams of sugar, it’s not so bad—the average male needs about 2,400 to 3,000 calories a day and average female needs about 1,800 to 2,400 a day, depending on age and activity level, according to data from the USDA.

Although the diet is high in saturated fat, Kippy’s says its ice cream is vegan, raw and organic, and that raw saturated fat is a “miracle worker” in the human body. From Kippy’s introductory email to the cleanse:

“Raw saturated fat is nothing short of a miracle worker in the human body. It helps us digest, repairs the gut, feeds the brain, boosts the metabolism and is a powerful agent of detoxification. Raw saturated fat from the meat of organic coconuts pressed in-house is the main ingredient of Kippy’s! Ice Cream, and the magic behind our first ever Ice Cream Cleanse.”

On the plus side, you don’t just get one flavor: Orange Crème, Dark Chocolate with Himalayan Fire Salt and Superfood Ice Cream are just some of the flavors they offer. And you get to eat ice cream all day, every day. But the negative side may include lots of bowel movement, bad sleep and gaining all of the weight you lose plus more, according to the folks at Gizmodo.

Kippy’s! Ice Cream Shop is located at 326 Lincoln Blvd.
