Eye Nosh: Going Local for Breakfast
Good morning! Are you ready for breakfast?
LAist Featured Photos pool contributor Robbie's Eye Nosh offering might kick-start some cravings. This is the Tortilla de Papas from Local in Silverlake, and the verdict is "Yummy." Simple and pure, right? Well, that seems to be pretty much in line with the Local philosophy. They describe themselves as being "committed to using locally sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible," and use "only recycled and/or 100% biodegradable packaging," and the Natura water system in their restaurant.
