Build-Your-Own Peanut Butter Sandwich Bar Coming To Studio City

There's going to be a new build-your-own peanut butter sandwich bar, with quirky flavors unlike anything you packed in your school lunches. Spread PB will open at 12215 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City in December. The shop will offer numerous combinations of PB and toppings on bagels, fruit, pretzels and other peanut butter receptacles, Eater LA reports. And the flavors aren't your typical PB varieties—there's coconut peanut butter and even a green curry PB. Toppings will include bacon, chocolate, marshmallows and other sweet and savory treats.
There is already a local food truck called Pnut Butter Bar that features a small, but creative menu with numerous PB/J sandwich combos, a PB hot dog, a PB burger and Pnut Butter Puffs, which are fried, stuffed desserts similar to a beignet.
