Throw a Bone: Canine Rescue Fundraiser Today

West Hollywood dog training and daycare center Mutt Maniacs is launching their new organization "Maniacs to the Rescue" today at Noon. Maniacs is dedicated to generating funding and raising community awareness about the plights of homeless dogs and finding them homes.
This is a TENTED event so, don't worry about the weather putting a damper on your day. You'll stay warm (and fuzzy) as you learn more about pet grooming, canine (and human!) massage, buy food for you and your pet at the bake sale, and maybe take home your very own pet. Dogs will be available for adoption.
On top of that, there are hourly raffle drawings and a silent auction that include prizes like dinner for 2 at one of LA's highly regarded restaurants, acupuncture, boxing classes, grooming sessions, doggy photo sessions, and for some more fun, doggy psychic readings. The dog massages are free and there are photo opps for you and your dog to take with Santa! The event runs until 4 PM today, and plenty of free parking is available. The address is at 1104 S.
