Michael Phelps' Mystery Lady Is a Model From L.A.

She's a 25-year-old model living in Los Angeles, and she's been in London for the Olympics cheering on her "bear" in his big ol' swim meet. Yep, sorry ladies: It seems the Olympian with the most medals ever has had a main squeeze for the past few months, and her name is Megan Rossee.
E! News reports they've confirmed Rossee and Phelps have been getting cozee cozy over the past five months, and that Rossee attended the Olympic swim trials. It looks like they met up sometime in February, around the time Rossee referred to herself as newly single on her Twitter feed.
The 5'10" blonde describes herself as follows on a modeling website:

Rossee's summer may have gotten so booked up since she's been in London for the 2012 Olympics, where she's also been firing off messages to and about Phelps via Twitter:
