Report: Jennifer Garner Got Tired Of Ben Affleck's Drinking And Gambling

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck reportedly split up over their different lifestyles: Affleck loved drinking and gambling and Garner wanted him to rein it in.
Sources told TMZ that Affleck's good-timin' had escalated and after ten years of marriage "she couldn't take it anymore." The couple's marriage had been on the rocks for some time. The pair had been going to therapy sessions for the last two years and separated for the last ten months. Sources from Affleck's camp say that the pair simply wanted to live their lives differently.
There had been rumblings that Affleck's gambling was stressing the marriage (and it was even rumored to be a problem in his relationship to Jennifer Lopez). Affleck took gambling very seriously and is pretty good at it. He got kicked out of the Hard Rock Casino in Vegas last year for card-counting during a trip that was supposed to be a romantic getaway for the couple before he shipped off to ruin Batman .
The timing of their break-up could provide a bargaining chip for Garner. The couple announced their split just a day after their 10th wedding anniversary, which is a key date in California law, divorce lawyer Laura Wasser tells Radar: "Ten years in California generally reflects a long-term marriage."
That means Garner could see spousal support from Affleck indefinitely. But yesterday, TMZ reported that they pair are working out the terms of their divorce with mediators before they officially file in court.
