The Valley may have a reputation for being our New Jersey, but it's still the place where most of our celebrities hang out and call home. Raven-Symoné is now an art student in the Bay Area with an on-trend haircut, and yet here she was today repping the Valley hard. She was spotted eating lunch with a friend in Sherman Oaks with a shirt that said "Sherman Oaks," which is where she once (and maybe still?) had a home.
