It's BlizzCon this weekend at the Anaheim Convention Center, where hordes of video game fans gather to celebrate their favorite games, often in elaborate cosplay.

BlizzCon celebrates the numerous titles from video game firm Blizzard Entertainment, including Starcraft, World of Warcraft, Hearthstone and Diablo. The two-day event is sold out and about 25,000 people are expected to attend, according to the OC Register.

Fans get the chance to attend panels with developers and artists, pick up merchandise, show off their costumes and play new games. Attendees have good reason to go all out on their cosplay, as there's a contest were the grand prize is $3,500, plus an in-game tribute to the winner's design.

Fans also got to see the cinematic trailer for World of Warcraft: Legion which comes out in the summer of 2016.
