Photos: The Best Costumes At L.A. Comic Con
The convenient thing about Stan Lee's L.A. Comic Con is that it falls on Halloween weekend—no need to either stash your costume away or buy another one. Don't be surprised if one of these Thors or Batmen showed up at your office today, or will be at West Hollywood's Carnaval tonight.
Thousands came to the L.A. Convention Center over the weekend to celebrate All Things Geek. As is the usual for any geek convention, several came dressed as their favorite characters from their favorite comic/movie/anime/etc. With no movie fresh on people's minds (after Suicide Squad laid a stinkbomb), there didn't seem to be a dominant theme among this year's horde of cosplayers. We will note that there seemed to be an abundance of adorable children in costume—a welcome counterbalance to the Bible-thumping protestors outside.
