Live Talks Los Angeles Presents Tina Fey: A Conversation with Steve Martin tonight at 8 pm at the Nokia Theatre at LA LIVE. They’ll talk about their respective books Bossypants (Fey) and Object of Beauty (Martin). Tickets: $119 (includes prime seating and both books); $49 (premier seating and Tina Fey's book); $29 (reserved orchestra seats, book not included).

LAXART Annex opens The Mistake Room 001—an exhibition with an anonymous artist and curator—tonight from 8-10 pm at Space15Twenty in Hollywood. A magic performance experiment by Derek Delgaudio begins at 8 pm.
STORY
The Moth LA holds its monthly Eastside edition tonight at El Cid. With the theme “Breaking Bread,” (how timely!) storytellers are asked to prepare a five-minute story. Reading from notes or performing standup are not allowed. Hosted by Brian Finklestein, doors open at 6 pm and stories begin at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $8 at the door. (This is a 21+ venue.)
