Judges tiaraed a new Miss California USA and Miss California Teen USA yesterday in Long Beach.

Cassandra Kunze, 20, got the Miss California USA title. She's a San Diego State student interested in international law, politics and film.

Bianca Vierra, 18, of Beverly Hills, was named Miss California Teen USA. She goes to UCLA.

They'll compete in the national Miss USA pageants in April and possibly be up for the Miss Universe title in November.
