Man Claiming To Be Miley Cyrus' Husband Arrested After Jumping Her Security Fence
A man was arrested early this morning after he hopped the security fence in front of Miley Cyrus' Studio City home.The man knocked on her door around 4 am and claimed to be a friend of the Cyrus. Her employees refused to open her door and told the man that Cyrus wasn't at home. That's when the man allegedly smashed his body into a wall in an attempt to break into the home, police told City News Service. Cyrus' people called the cops.
The man was identified as Jason Luis Rivera by KTLA. Police told TV station that Rivera hid in the bushes outside her home and told them that Cyrus was his wife.
City News Sevice says he was arrested without incident, although KTLA reports that Police tased him because he refused to cooperate. LAPD arrested him on suspicion of trespassing and burglary, because he was caught behind a locked security gate. Police added that he was carrying scissors.
KTLA reports that at one point the man lit candles outside Cyrus' home for some reason.
