Mean Girls (And Boys): Lindsay Lohan Says She Was Bullied In High School

The story of Whitney Kropp, a sophomore high school student in Michigan, who was chosen to be a homecoming queen as a mean joke has captured national attention and an outpouring of support from celebrities as well as her own community.
Katie Couric's interview with Kropp alongside another bullied high schooler Katie Uffense struck a nerve in particular with Lindsay Lohan.
Lohan opened up on Twitter about her own experiences with high school bullies that she says prompted her to quit public high school and get homeschooled:
