Justin Bieber Investigated For Egging Neighbor's House

If you move in next door to Justin Bieber, the yolk's on you: Bieber is under investigation for allegedly egging his neighbor's house in Calabasas.
The multi-talented troubadour's troubles with the law started Thursday night, according to TMZ. A hastily shot cell phone video documents a neighbor yelling at someone, with the perpetrator yelling back, "I got another one for you, actually!"
Bieber is not shown in the video. TMZ says there were 20 eggs launched and over $400 in damage.
