Justin Bieber is filing a complaint against the most aggressive of all the paparazzi who pursued him in a high-speed chase on the 101 freeway last week. After the chase, Bieber was cited for driving recklessly and hitting at least 80 mph (prompting a flurry of 9-1-1 calls). He claimed he was trying to get away from aggressive paparazzi.

One paparazzo seemed to be particularly aggro during that chase, riding on the shoulder and hitting speeds of up to 100 mph, according to TMZ. Bieber handed over the photographer's license plate number to police, but of course it wasn't too hard to track him down. A CHP officer met up with Bieber while he was at a music shoot, and the photog ended up showing up to snap photos.

Now police are taking a statement from him and investigating him for harassment.
