Head to the Valley to Experience NoHo Saturday

The dance studios, theatres, and galleries of the NoHo Arts District will be opening their doors up Saturday for a free multi-arts festival. Experience NoHo is a combo art walk and festival, with the streets closed down to make way for a stage and booths featuring artists and other vendors.
Here's a brief breakdown of the different arts events taking place throughout the day:
MUSIC: The Knitting Factory and The Federal Bar will bring the best new music talent to the Experience NoHo Outdoor Main Stage and The Federal Bar Upstairs Lounge, featuring live bands and DJs. DANCE: NoHo's booming dance community is pulling out all of the stops to offer free dance performances and classes at six studio locations.
ART: Visual art will be everywhere in NoHo with public art stations hosted by ArtStorm, live mural painting and gallery installations and exhibits in all of the NoHo galleries, including the Art Institute of California - Hollywood.
THEATRE: Comedy, Drama, Musicals and Improv take center stage as 15 theatres present free performances, classes and demos.
RESTAURANTS AND RETAIL: More than 30 local restaurants and retail boutiques will open their doors and offer specialized menus, samplings and discounts to festival visitors.
