Visit Over 20 Southern California Museums For Free On January 30
Felt like you owed it to yourself to visit a museum but just couldn't find the time? Now you have no excuse. On Saturday, Jan. 30, over 20 museums from across Southern California will be offering free admission in the 11th annual Museums Free-For-All. With so many institutions opening their doors for all you can see anything from art to natural history and science. Yes, even LACMA and MOCA will be among those that won't be charging for entry.
"We hope that visitors take advantage of this day by going to a museum they have always wanted to see or by revisiting an old favorite," said Alex Capriotti, SoCal Museums President and The Broad's Director of Marketing and Communications, in a press release.
While you can get free general admission, keep in mind that the deal doesn't apply to special-ticketed events, and regular parking fees apply.
