COMIKAZE: This is a pretty big weekend for geeks in Los Angeles. There's one more day left at Comikaze Expo "the Comic Con of LA" at Los Angeles Convention Center. Comikaze embraces all genres, including sci-fi, fantasy, horror and cult. Today's expo starts at 11am and goes until 6pm. Tickets for today are $12. For more information, visit the event's website.

LESBIANS: This afternoon from 3pm until 6pm the June L. Mazer Lesbian Archives in West Hollywood are celebrating their 30th anniversary with an open house. There will be live music and Terry Wolverton will read from her new book "Stealing Angel" and will sign copies for purchase. $10 donation suggested.
