Get Out: Outfest, Ben Harper & 'Connect Four' For A Cause

COMEDY: You're guaranteed plenty of laughs at the reincarnated from the 90s Un-Cabaret Comedy Show at restaurant First and Hope’s Bar Fedora. Tonight at 8 p.m., join Mistress of Cabaret Beth Lapides in welcoming familiar faces such as Moshe Kasher, Erin Foley, Kevin Nealon and Lauren Weedman to the stage. Musical guests The Dustbowl Revival and Fiona Landers will also perform at speakeasy-esque venue. Regular tickets are $20, and dinner package tickets are $55. OUTFEST: Head over to West Hollywood and check out Outfest’s screening of Word Is Out (1978) and A Thousand Clouds of Peace (2003). The free screening is open to the public and takes place at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. For more details, visit Outfest’s website.

NEO-SOUL: Neo-Soul/Funk/R&B singer Van Hunt will be playing at the Levitt Pavilion in Pasadena. Van Hunt has toured with Kanye West, The Roots, Coldplay and Mary J. Blige. The music starts at 7 pm, and the show is totally free.

MUSIC: Ben Harper will be headlining tonight’s 7 p.m. concert at the Hollywood Bowl with opening bands Fitz & the Tantrums and Vieux Farka Touré also performing. Tickets range from $12 to $136 and are sold on Hollywood Bowl’s website.

CHARITY: What better way to spend Sunday Funday than giving back to the community, playing Connect Four and enjoying happy hour priced food, beer and wine? Hosted by the Man v. Bar fundraiser, the Game of Four: Charity Connect Four Tournament will take place at Santa Monica’s West 4th & Jane bar from 3 to 7 p.m. 10% of all proceeds will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team in Training.
