This Saturday, June 16, join The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) for their annual ArtWalk.

From Noon till 11 p.m., LACMA has an entire day filled with activities for art aficionados. From live music, to dance performances to “interactive art projects at LACMA and in neighboring galleries along the Miracle Mile," attendees will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy all facets of the arts.

Admission to LACMA, the Architecture+Design Museum, and the Craft and Folk Art Museum is free during ArtWalk, plus more than twenty galleries and businesses on Wilshire Boulevard and La Brea Avenue are participating, giving you the perfect opportunity to check out the new summer installations at no cost.

Walkers, be sure to receive a sticker from each destination, because the more stickers you have at the end, the more prizes you could win. Everything from original prints, to tote bags, to foot massage gift certificates to memberships from ForYourArt will be handed out.

Following your walk along Miracle Mile, you can head to their Muse Artwalk After Party. LACMA’s BP Grand Entrance will be alight with the Joshua Light show, and Dublabs DJs Secret Circuit, Ale, and Lavenders will be there to keep everyone dancing until 11 p.m. Silent Disco will also be providing wireless headphones to keep the party going outside after 10 p.m.

Admission to the party also includes after-hours access to select BCAM galleries, including the newly-opened exhibition Sharon Lockhart l Noa Eshkol, as well as free parking.
