Exclusive NYC Nightclub Replacing Key Club on the Sunset Strip
The Key Club is no more, and after a mourning period sufficient enough to do some remodeling, the venue already has a new tenant poised to rock the L.A. nightlife.
New York's 1 OAK nightclub will be popping corks with their swanky, celeb fueled bottle service for late night booty movers and shakers, reports Eater LA. 1 OAK (that stands for "1 Of A Kind" BTW) has been around in NYC for about five years, and also has an outpost in Las Vegas.
The original NY location has a rep for being pricy, with a tough door and a very exclusive vibe (though some past attendees have griped about a downtrend in the class of the average patron in their online reviews of the venue). The venue showcases primarily DJ talent, as well as some major label stars and special gatherings.
LA's 1 OAK is being prepped for a late December 2013 open--just in time for your exclusive champagne soaked Bacchanalian New Year's Eve celebration.
