Eviction Notice Posted on the Door of the Music Box at the Henry Fonda
A "notice to vacate" has been posted on the door of the Music Box theatre at the Henry Fonda, signaling that the end is near for the current occupants (if there was any trace of them left).
When the venue shuttered earlier this month, it caught some people by surprise. The notice posted today by the Sheriff's Department says that the current occupants have until January 31st to clear out of the building, according to a photo posted at Downtown Lobby. It's not clear what this will mean for the sub-lessees at Blue Palms Brewhouse, who said they had worked with the property owners to stay open— and whether this means that a new occupant will be moving in soon.
In the meantime, some upcoming shows that were supposed to happen at the Music Box theatre were relocated, while others coming up in March are still on.
