Director Michael Bay Tries Out the New Transformers Ride
For those who like to see famous people enjoying the ride made in honor of the film franchise that helped make them ridiculously wealthy (and even more famous) we bring you these pics of director Michael Bay taking a spin on the new Transformers ride at Universal Studios.
Bay fueled up on Energon (the beverage) and went for a ride, dutifully posing for photos. His ride will be featured tomorrow morning on the Today show, in case you need to see it for yourself.
We took a ride when it opened last month, and here's what our adventurous reviewer said:
Though its narrative plot details are a bit murky for the uninitiated, the mind-boggling cinematic spectacle of Universal's new Transformers ride creates enough kinetic momentum to provide a sustained thrill that should keep you wobbly even several minutes after you've returned to solid ground.
