California Biennial Expands Beyond Orange Curtain

Before you
Dear reader, we're asking you to help us keep local news available for all. Your tax-deductible financial support keeps our stories free to read, instead of hidden behind paywalls. MAP ForYourArt, the guide to contemporary art and culture, released their guide to the California Biennial today. What's cool this year is that the event, usually solely at the Orange County Museum of Art, has expanded throughout the state with many locations in the Los Angeles area thanks to guest-curator Lauri Firstenberg of LAXART in Culver City. Here are locations of art, whether in a gallery or in public space in some of LA neighborhoods. Download their map to match up the locations with times and dates.
