Babies makin' babies? Oh, Justin... A lawsuit filed this week claims teen pop sensation Justin Bieber got a California woman preggers thanks to a backstage hookup at a Los Angeles concert.

The suit has been filed by Mariah Yeater, reports Radar. Yeater says Bieber is the father of her 3-month old son. Adds Radar:

In an affidavit sworn under penalty of perjury, Yeater says Bieber told her it was his “first time” and did not wear a condom. She is asking the court for a DNA test.

17-year-old Bieber is trying not to be ruffled by the 20-year-old woman's allegations. He Tweeted over night: "all the rumors...the gossip....Im gonna focus on the positives....the music."

The Biebs' people have a more focused reply, reports ABC:

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Will Bieber take the DNA test Yeater is requesting? His "people" won't say.

Fans are rallying against the allegations; "Mariah Yeater Stay Away From Bieber" is just one of the Facebook groups that have cropped up since the story broke.

Meanwhile, in London, one superfan found a creative way to have Justin's "Baby," with her for always, and no naughty bits are involved: She had the lyrics of his breakout hit tattooed on her leg.
