Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.

Depp has been ordered by a judge to stay 100 yards away from Heard, according to the Associated Press. The judge, Carl H. Moor of the L.A. Superior Court, also ruled that Depp not contact Heard.

The AP also reported that in court documents, Heard said that the bruise was due to Depp throwing a cell phone at her during Saturday's alleged assault.

Now, TMZ is reporting that a source from the LAPD says that Heard had no sign of injuries when police came to the home on Saturday, and that there's "no reason" to believe that Depp threw a cell phone at her head.

Heard also said at the time that she and Depp had just "had an argument" and did not report any physical abuse to the responding officers.
