We're guessing Amanda Bynes is still somewhere in the Big Apple, because she didn't show up to her arraignment at Van Nuys Superior Court this morning.Instead, her lawyer Richard Hutton made a plea on her behalf: Bynes is pleading not guilty to the charges that she got in not one but two hit-and-runs (in April and last month), according to City News Service.

We're having trouble keeping up with all the charges related to the actress' terrible, dangerous driving habits. She plead not guilty last June to driving under the influence of something and last week she was charged with driving on a suspended license.

Suffice it to say we're expecting to see a lot of Bynes—or at least her attorney—in court over the next few months.
