Actor Timothy Busfield's Date Accuses Him of Sexual Battery at the Sherman Oaks ArcLight

Actor Timothy Busfield is in hot water after he took a woman on a date at the Sherman Oaks ArcLight theaters.Law enforcement sources told TMZ that his date is accusing him of sexual battery. She told police that the couple began kissing during the movie, but Busfield then proceeded to grope her breasts and genitals without her consent. She ended the date immediately and later filed a police report against Busfield.

Police are investigating the incident. Busfield has not been arrested, but police are investigating the incident. He didn't return TMZ's request for comment.
