For a durational art performance, "Made in L.A. 2018" artist EJ Hill ran laps around every school he attended in L.A. as a "reflection on the hardships that black, brown, and queer bodies endure as well as their resilience." The Biennial's co-curator, Erin Christovale, discusses Hill's art with Amanda Hunt from MOCA and artist Texas Isaiah, who collaborated on Hill's project.
