People are still recovering from yesterday's Oscars, so it's event-lite tonight. Here are our picks:

REDCAT presents The Artist Theater Program: A Group Show of Film and Video Work by Visual Artists tonight at 8:30 pm. Film/video/installation artist Erika Vogt curates a group screening, inviting visual artists who use film and video in their work to present the film in a theatrical venue instead of installations. Artists in attendance: Erika Vogt, Lucy Raven, Math Bass, Madison Brookshire, Shannon Ebner, Alice Konitz, Lucy Raven, Paul Sietsema. Musicians in attendance: Mark So and Tashi Wada. Tickets: $9, $7 students and $5 for CalArts students, faculty and staff.

Artist Ian MacKinnon brings us Queer Mondays, an evening of workshopped and experimental performance by and for LGBTQQ audiences tonight at 7:30 pm at Highways Performance Space in Santa Monica. Performances by: Kean O'Brien, Martin von Sexy, Jeremy O Harris, Zubin Mohamad, Sky Palkowitz, Raspin Stuwart, Joshua Bergeron, Martin Wiech, Jeff Lambert and Anson Sky. Tickets: $5.

The Cartoon Dump show takes over the Steve Allen Theater for an evening of comedy, comics and music tonight at 8 pm. Cartoon Dump stars Frank Conniff and Erica Doering do a live show that parodies kids’ cartoons. Tickets: $10.
