New Food Trucks Continue to Launch. Plus: Vendys Are Today!
Even though some trucks have given up (Fresser's, Asian Soul Kitchen, and the Umami Burger Truck) the new wave of food on wheels just keeps rolling on out. Today, in honor of the Vendy Awards, which are happening from 4-7 in MacArthur Park and honor street food of all kinds, we've added even more food trucks to our master list of Food Trucks & Other Mobile Eateries that Twitter.
Just added to the list:
--Gourmet Genie: Specializing in "the Mediterranean Food you crave - or WILL crave once you try us" [Twitter]
--Cupcakes A-Go-Go: Cupcakes. On the Go. [Twitter]
--Brooklyn Boys Deli: OC-Based Deli on Wheels [Twitter]
--Kassava: Caribbean cuisine [Twitter]
--Oishii Tacos: Japanese meets Mexican for this OC-based truck [Twitter]
--The Shrimp Guys: Hawaiian Island-style shrimp on the streets of L.A. [Twitter]
Bookmark our list to see what you need to check out and to track our coverage. Follow our LAist food trucks list on Twitter, too.
