Photos: Chinatown Parade Rings In The Year Of The Horse
Chinatown rang in the Year of the Horse with cowboys, fire crackers and (as always) a dragon. Mayor Eric Garcetti was the Grand Marshal for the 115th Golden Dragon Parade, which is a long tradition in Chinatown. A newer tradition islocal malls appealing to Asian tourists and immigrants during the Lunar New Year.
