Van Halen Should Have Nerf Herder Open For Them
Earlier today we noticed that none of the Van Halen shows in LA sold out yet. In fact all but four on the whole tour appeared to have sold out, so we wrote a post and within hours the first Staples show had sold out.
You're welcome.
In that post we also made a joke about how Santa Barbara band Nerf Herder should be opening the show and that would help sales, no offense, Ky-Mani Marley, whoever the hell you are.
Little did we know that singer/guitarist and horticulturist Parry Gripp was a reader of our humble blog, but lo he commented in the thread that the trio would, indeed, open for the reformed classic rock group, if offered.
So Van Halen, here you have the band who perfectly put into music the anguish and pain that your band made your fans endure, and they would like to open for you, as you tour America.
Right now you know you wanna.
