Brad Bird makes the 'Incredibles' fly again

Fourteen years after the original Pixar movie, "The Incredibles," introduced audiences to the Parr family of superheroes, director Brad Bird is back with a sequel. In the time since the first movie premiered in 2004, Bird has been working on other animated and live action movies, including "Ratatouille," "Mission:  Impossible — Ghost Protocol," and "Tomorrowland." In the new "Incredibles 2," the family roles are reversed, with Helen Parr (Elastigirl) on a mission to save the world and Bob Parr (Mr. Incredible) assuming the lead parenting role.

A novel way to access your inner child

The PLAY organization was founded by economist-turned actress Olivia Hamilton in 2013 with the mission of helping people tap into their creative, playful selves. Hamilton found that providing space for people to access their inner children in a judgment-free way has immense personal and professional benefits. Her newest experiment is "Silent Play," a guided, 90-minute play experience that incorporates crafts, movement, and imaginative games – without any talking.
