Here's today's lineup:

An immigrant's take on food as a unifying ingredient

(Starts at 8:00)

In these divisive times, is there anything that can bring us together? Chef Marcus Samuelsson says yes — it’s food. Born in Ethiopia, raised in Sweden, chef/owner of restaurants in New York, he knows what it's like to be an immigrant. As host of the PBS series, “No Passport Required," he travels across the U.S. to immigrant communities and bonds with people through food. He talks with John Horn about what he's discovered along the way.

Has Sacha Baron Cohen figured out "Who Is America?"

(Starts at :45)

Is the comedian's latest provocation an effective way to address the current state of American politics? Or is it just preaching to the converted?

Guest: David Litt, former speechwriter for President Barack Obama and current "Funny or Die" writer/producer

A still young but already veteran band

(Starts at 19:26)

The members of the Inglewood rock band, Inner Wave, have been playing together since they were 12 years old. In 10 years, they've gone from playing in their local church group to selling out shows across the U.S. When they spoke with The Frame recently, they discussed South L.A.'s  DIY spaces and producing and recording their own music.
