Border Shut Down

According to people close to the plan, President Trump is drafting an executive order to close the U.S.-Mexico border. That was first reported in The San Francisco Chronicle on Thursday. This possible border close is part of the pushback against a group of Honduran migrants making their way to the U.S.’s southern border. No details have been announced, but this news left us wondering, Can he do that?
