USC Tyndall developments

University of Southern California gynecologist George Tyndall preyed on Asian students and had signs of "psychopathy." That's according to a confidential report made public this week after the L.A. Times filed a court order to access the document. According to the report, USC had received multiple complaints about Dr. Tyndall dating back to the 1990s but failed to refer him to the state's medical board.
