What we know about the virus is this: it is highly transmissible - we are all capable of coming down with COVID-19, but not all of us are ...and communities of color are being hit the hardest, especially Latinos. In California, Latinos account for more than half of California's cases and 42% of the deaths, despite being only 36% of the population. And that includes many children.
