LA Supervisor Janice Hahn on re-opening restaurants and enforcing pandemic rules
On Monday, California Governor Gavin Newsom lifted the state’s stay-at-home order, leaving it up to counties to manage restrictions designed to stop the spread of COVID-19. There is a lot of debate over whether this is an appropriate move, especially since coronavirus cases are still in the thousands each day.
