VACCINE DISTRIBUTION LA COUNTY

Just this past week alone, more than 1,500 people have died from COVID-19 in Los Angeles County -  a figure that Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer called “upsetting and frankly overwhelming”...The county is desperate to get these numbers down, and are trying to ramp up vaccinations in response. Dodger Stadium opens as a vaccination center Friday, and is expected to vaccinate tens of thousands of people daily...It’s promising development, but there’s still a lot of questions about how the process of inoculating more and more people will be organized and carried out.
