It was a long - and at times tense - grilling of Mr. Cohen. Among those questioning him were two freshmen lawmakers from Southern California  - Representatives Harley Rouda and Katie Hill.

Citadel outlet mall

L.A.'s only outlet mall - also known as the Citadel - might be getting an expansion. Now, it's still in the environmental review process, but if it moves forward it would expand the Citadel to 44 acres and include new retail buildings, hotels and a MONORAIL system to link it all together. So in honor of the potential expansion, we're revisiting the history of this regal structure which sits in a peculiar place, nine miles southeast of Downtown.
