Seems that, so far, with Kamala Harris as Vice President and other Californians tapped for high profile roles in the Biden Administration, the connection between DC and California has been very clear to see.

Today, we bring you April Reign. In January 2015 she created the hashtag #OscarsSoWhite ––calling out the awards ceremony for their lack of diversity and unexpectedly launched a viral referendum on the disparities and enquiries experienced by Blacks and people of color in Hollywood.
