It’s been quite the year so we’re going to end it with a SPECIAL State of Affairs. That's our weekly conversation about politics in the Golden State. Today, we are taking the whole hour to talk about the year that was - and what to expect in 2021. And there is a LOT to discuss from the ups and downs experienced by Governor Newsom this year  to who will replace Xavier Beccera as Attorney General.
