Caravan Kids

Among the thousands of hopeful asylum-seekers from Central America camped out in Tijuana are many families with children. These are kids who walked for weeks, have endured the elements, and are now living in tents in makeshift camps. We speak with some of these kids, and their parents, to understand the caravan through their eyes.

L.A. County Sheriff Alex Villanueva is shaking things up

There's a new sheriff in L.A. County: Alex Villanueva. He's made some significant changes in his first three weeks in office, including getting rid of almost all the department's top leaders and transferring two advisers whose role was to make sure deputies follow the constitution.

Speed limit enforcement

The L.A. City Council voted to raise speed limits on several streets in the city. The idea is that higher speed limits will improve safety.
