Coronavirus Special Education
Teaching students with disabilities is hard enough in normal times. Now, try doing it online. The coronavirus has forced this challenge on public schools across California. Many school districts are scrambling to find ways to deliver common special education services remotely. But in the meantime, many parents say these services — like physical or behavior therapy — aren't happening. And even when they resume, some parents wonder if they can be as effective online.
