Congressman Henry Waxman Challenges Bush Administration

Earlier this week Democratic Congressman Henry Waxman accused the Bush administration of improperly lobbying members of Congress and governors from vehicle-producing states to oppose California's efforts to set its own vehicle standards for CO2 emissions. Waxman also recently revealed that the State department ordered Blackwater USA, the private security firm accused of killing Iraqi civilians last week, not to disclose information about its Iraq operations without approval from the Bush administration. Larry discusses these accusations with Waxman and Ken Green of AEI.
